Technical Data

Installation Guidance

Install the flooring over a clean, dry, level and structurally suitable subfloor. Allow the unopened packs to acclimatise in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions before installation.

Check the moisture content of the subfloor and select an appropriate installation method, flooring adhesive, underlay and moisture-control system for the project. Inspect and mix boards from several packs during installation to distribute natural colour and grain variation evenly across the floor.

Care and Maintenance

Clean regularly using a soft brush, suitable vacuum cleaner or a cleaning product approved for UV-oiled wood flooring. Avoid excessive water, steam cleaners and aggressive household detergents.

Use entrance mats to reduce tracked-in dirt and grit, and fit protective felt pads beneath furniture. Suitable maintenance products for oiled wood flooring should be used when required.
