Receiving Your Delivery
- Ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
- Check packaging before signing. If damaged, note it with the driver and take photos.
- Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees if goods are returned to us.

Re-Deliveries & Cancellations
- If no one is available and there is no agreed safe place, we’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
- A £30 + VAT redelivery fee applies.
- Same-day delivery cancellations incur a £30 + VAT charge.
Returns Policy
- 15% restocking charge on items returned in resalable condition within 30 days of invoice.
- Wood packs must be unopened.
- If we collect your items, a £30 + VAT charge applies.
- Non-returnable: Bona Craft Oil 2K.
- Non-refundable / non-cancellable: non-stock and special-order items.
