Receiving Your Delivery
- Ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
- Check packaging before signing. If damaged, note it with the driver and take photos.
- Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees if goods are returned to us.

We do not deliver or leave products unattended if no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
If no recipient is present at the agreed delivery time, the order will be returned to our depot and a redelivery charge of £30 + VAT will apply to arrange a new delivery date.

Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to courier issues, weather or factors beyond our control. We cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential loss from late delivery. Please allow extra time before scheduling trades or site work.

Re-Deliveries & Cancellations
- If no one is available (and there is no safe place), we’ll contact you to arrange a new date.
- A £30 + VAT redelivery fee applies.
- Same-day delivery cancellations incur a £30 + VAT charge.
Returns Policy
- 15% restocking charge on items returned in resalable condition within 30 days of invoice.
- Wood packs must be unopened.
- If we collect your items, a £30 + VAT charge applies.
- Non-returnable: Bona Craft Oil 2K.
- Non-refundable / non-cancellable: non-stock (special order) items.
