Return & Refund Policy
We aim to make returns straightforward and transparent. Please review the terms below before submitting a request.
Re-Deliveries & Cancellations
- If no one is available at the delivery address (and no safe place is available), we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
- A £30 + VAT redelivery fee applies.
- Same-day delivery cancellations incur a £30 + VAT charge.
- Once goods are dispatched, delivery charges are non-refundable.
Tip: To avoid re-delivery fees, please ensure someone can receive the goods or provide a safe place where permitted.
Returns Policy
- A 15% restocking charge applies to items returned in resalable condition within 30 days of invoice.
- Wood products: packs must be unopened and in the original packaging.
- If we collect your items, a £30 + VAT collection charge applies.
- Non-returnable: Bona Craft Oil 2K
- Non-refundable / Non-cancellable: non-stock (special order) items once the order has been placed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection of returned goods.
Please package returns securely to prevent damage in transit. Items received damaged, used, or not in a resalable condition may be rejected or subject to additional deductions.
How to Initiate a Return
- Complete the return request form below.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and instructions.
- Send the goods to the address provided or book a collection (if required).
