1) Do you offer same-day delivery?

  • Yes. Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday–Friday) may be eligible for same-day delivery in selected postcodes.
  • Please contact us with your postcode to confirm availability and pricing.
  • Same-day delivery cancellations incur a £30 + VAT charge.

2) How long does delivery take?

  • Zone 1 – South East:
    • Orders before 12:00 (Mon–Fri): dispatched same day
    • Orders after 12:00 (Mon–Fri): dispatched next business day
    • Delivery: next business day after dispatch
  • Same-Day Delivery Zones: Order before 12:00 (Mon–Fri) for same-day delivery (postcode-dependent).
  • Remote / Offshore areas: 2–5 working days depending on courier routes.
  • Special deliveries: May require 3–5 working days to dispatch.
  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or weather.

3) Can I collect my order in person?

  • Collection is not offered as a standard option.
  • In urgent cases, if stock is available, we may be able to arrange a collection slot. Please email us to enquire.

4) Can I return items if I change my mind?

  • Yes. Consumers may return unused, unopened goods within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for unwanted returns after dispatch.

5) Which items cannot be returned?

  • Custom-tinted or mixed products.
  • Opened or used oils, lacquers, fillers, waxes.
  • Cut-to-size abrasives.
  • Special-order or non-stock items.
  • Screeds and sheet materials.

6) Who pays for return shipping?

  • Change of mind: the customer pays return postage.
  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect goods: we cover return shipping.
  • If we collect the goods, a £30 + VAT collection fee applies.

7) What if my order arrives damaged?

  • Please check packaging upon delivery.
  • Report any damage within 48 hours, including clear photos.
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.

8) Do you offer trade accounts or trade pricing?

  • No. We do not offer Trade Accounts.
  • All orders are processed as standard retail/business purchases.

9) Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

  • No. All prices displayed on our website exclude VAT.
  • VAT will be added and shown clearly at checkout before payment.

10) Do your products come with a warranty?

  • Machines and electrical items are covered by manufacturer warranties.
  • Consumables (oils, lacquers, abrasives) are covered against manufacturing defects only.
  • Misuse, incorrect application, and normal wear and tear are not covered.

11) What payment methods do you accept?

  • Debit and credit cards

12) Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently we ship only within the UK.
  • For export enquiries, please contact us directly.

13) What happens if I miss a delivery?

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the goods will be returned to depot.
  • A £30 + VAT redelivery fee will apply to arrange a new date.
  • We cannot leave goods unattended or in unsafe locations.
